My work largely involves helping people who are going through a tough time. Their problems are all consuming and often their moral is low. Disputes are debilitating, and as a result they then become absorbed in what is wrong.

For me, I like to look for the good. Everyone I meet has an inner spirit which is perfect. We all have infinite potential and resilience to overcome the current problems and situations we face.

In today’s world, it’s all too easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of negative news that seems to dominate our feeds and headlines. From conflicts to crises, it can sometimes feel like there’s an endless barrage of negativity coming our way.

But amidst all this chaos, it’s crucial to remember one simple truth: we get what we focus on.

When we constantly immerse ourselves in negative news and dwell on the problems of the world, it’s natural for our own wellbeing to take a hit. Our thoughts shape our reality, and by fixating on the negative, we inadvertently invite more negativity into our lives.

That’s why I believe it’s more important than ever to shift our focus towards the positive. Instead of dwelling on what’s wrong, let’s make a conscious effort to seek out the good, the uplifting, and the inspiring stories that are out there.

By doing so, we not only uplift our own spirits but also contribute to creating a more positive collective consciousness. We become beacons of light in a world that sometimes feels shrouded in darkness.

So, let’s make a pact to prioritise positivity in our lives. Whether it’s starting our day with gratitude, surrounding ourselves with uplifting content, or simply choosing to see the silver lining in every situation, let’s commit to cultivating a mindset of optimism and hope.

Together, we can make a difference—not only in our own lives but in the world around us.
